Coco-Fashion is an international online fashion shop with a variety of Women's and Ladies Clothing for Retail, Wholesale and Drop Ship customers. We are formally and legally registered as a limited company.

To where do you sell your clothing?
We have substantial customers from all over of the world. We sell to all countries of the world.

What clothing do you offer?
Our Coco-Fashion online store provides you huge of trendy apparel with diversified styles according to the latest fashion trends. It includes evening, romantic, party, coctails and prom dresses, sexy and sporty tops, cute and stylish outer wears, office look dress and pants.

In our shop you will find:

New seasonal clothing will be updated 1 to 2 months before the season starts. Everyday we add new styles.

Why do you have 3 countries from which you send clothing?
a) To diversify our offer - each country has own great style
b) To provide better quality in better prices
c) To minimalize shipping costs and show you the latest fashions and styles from Asia

Do the pictures show the real items? 
Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, details shown in the photography may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves. You may contact us for more details for the clothing if you are not sure about the look of the real items.
 
Do you have different sizes in your store?
Most items from our shop are in one size only, which is about size S/M for Westerners. If you are interested clothing in bigger sizes in, please contact us.

Do the pictures show the real colors?
Yes the pictures show the real items (and of course, real colors), however due to monitor differentiation and sunlight exposure, the pictures may not reflect the true in real life. Therefore please expect some items to look slightly different in person.

Is there a possibility that the items I have ordered are not available?
Yes this could happen, but indeed not very often. Sometimes the items are shipped lost by our suppliers or the items are defective, and therefore they are no longer available/ temporarily not available.

 

 

What do you do if the item I have ordered is not available?
Please do not worry, once we found that the item you have order is not available, we will contact you by your registered mail address to ask if you would like to: 1. Wait for another batch to be produced (if the item is temporarily unavailable), 2. Choose another item of similar price from our store instead, 3. Full refund on item price and the shipping and handling fee regarding to the lost item. If we do not hear from you after 7 days, we will send out the reminder, and will ship you the rest of the order first, if any.

Can I buy without registering as a member?
Of course, you do not need to register as our member before you buy. But once you have become our member, it will be easier for you to shop with us in the future. You may just type in your login ID and password and you can enjoy shopping with us!

Is there any minimum order requirement?
We have no minimum order; however "buy more, save more" principle definitely applies here. Please feel free to buy in Coco-Fashion !

Will you update me with your new arrival fashion?
Yes! Once you become our member, we will send you our newsletters of fashion updates whenever there are any to your registered email address. We will also update you with our best selling fashion and special discount items.

May I choose not to receive your newsletters?
Yes, you can email us at contact@coco-fashion.com with the message: "Unsubscribe newsletter" and then we will remove your email address from our subscription list.

What should I do if I forgot my password?
You may go to the reset password in the "Lost login password" form. It will ask you to enter your REGISTERD email address, and the password will be automatically sent to your mail box.

How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for hot-sale styles, we will restock quickly.

 

How may I pay for the order?

Coco Fashion Store charges in USD (it base, main currency).

1. Paypal If you do not have a PAYPAL account, please visit www.paypal.com and register a new account. It is easy and convenient to apply.
2. Credit Card Payment (Powered by Paypal) If you do not have a PAYPAL account, please visit www.paypal.com and register a new account. It is easy and convenient to apply.
3. Bank Transfer (Tele-transfer) We will provide you with our bank account information after you have confirmed the order. Please consult your bank about the procedures and service charges of international money transfer. Please note that we are not responsible for any service charges for money transfer by your bank. Orders will not be proceeded until we have received full payment, thank you for your understanding.

 

Within how many days do I need to settle the payment?
You may settle the payment within 7 working days. If you have any difficulties regarding the payment, please contact us and we will try to make an arrangement for you. Please note that the order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 7 working days without any communication with us.

 

Will you ship to my country?
We ship WORLDWIDE! Please refer our Country List of Delivery to check if we ship to your country or just ask us.

What express do you use? How can I make sure that the items will not get lost?
We use Hongkong Post, China Post, Thailand Post, Ems, DHL, Fedex. We ship all packages with a tracking numebr and you have always possibility to check where your package is.

Why do you ship from 3 different countries (Hong Kong, China, Thailand)?
a) To diversify our offer - we are glad we can offer you all our clothes without any agents.

May I combine shipment for orders from Hong Kong, China, Thailand?
System will automatically counts shipping and handling fee for each country separately. Each style in our shop came from its own country. When you buy clothing from more than one country, your order will send from these countries. For example:
(a) If You buy some clothes from Hong Kong and Thailand, we will send your order in two parcels from these countries.
(b) If You buy some clothes from China, Hong Kong and Thailand, we will send your order in three parcels from these countries.


When will I receive my items?
We usually ship the orders within 7 working days. Please allow another:
*8-12 working days for international delivery - Register Air Mail
*3-8 working days - EMS
*3-5 working days - courier services
After shipping we give you tracking numbers and advices about exactly delivery time. There will be also link to track your package.


Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we have different discount options for buyers. Please visit our discount page for further details. We are flexible and for loyal customers have good conditions.

If I do not like the item, may I ship it back for item exchange or refund?

As we check all our products for quality and defects before shipping out, the item you will receive should be in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund. Before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully.

If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has quality problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.

When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from Coco Fashion to you but you have to pay the shipping fee from you to Coco Fashion).

If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
Refund Coco Fashion offers partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service.

Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.

Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
